• Local 24-hour central monitoring center - PM Alarms monitoring center is located right here in Chattanooga.  Our operators have extensive training in monitoring center procedures.  Our monitoring center supervisor has 10 years experience and the operations manager has over eighteen years experience.
• Install and Service Department - PM Alarms install and service departments are considered the most experienced around.  Our managers of these two departments have over fifteen and twelve years experience.  We provide ongoing training for our technicians which make them very efficient in solving technical issues.
• Sales Department - At PM Alarms we believe that when it comes to sales associates, less is better.  Most companies try to put as many sales people as possible on the street.  This can waste a lot of time for the customer.  A sales person with little experience can take up a lot of time trying to get answers.  At PM Alarms we have less people with more experience.  Our people are considered sales consultants.  Because of their experience they can give quick solutions and on the spot proposals.  We have three senior sales consultants that have twenty years, eighteen years and sixteen years of  experience.  It's crucial that you deal with someone who can help you solve your security needs and not just give a price quote.
